I don’t like how many negative reviews this place gets, I’ve brought many items from them and yes I’ve had a couple pops that aren’t the best quality but that’s not them that’s the pop manufacturer never had any issues with my packaging being crushed but that’s probably due to my delivery drivers not throwing them. Definitely recommend.

I bought two funkos in the same order and they were sent to me separately. In the tax invoice they included one of the funkos twice and I had to pay the customs expenses of that product in duplicate.
Also, that same funko arrived with printing errors on the box and a different sticker than the one in the ad. When I contacted customer service they told me that everything was "normal" and they did not give me any solution. Later, I left a negative review on the product, and it always gets removed. When asking customer service, they updated the request without any response. Nowadays, it is not worth spending the money in this store.

I don’t usually write but i was really scared when i saw that there were too many bad reviews, so I’m here to tell them that everything went great and everything was too good to be true but it is true 😍

They used to be a decent company. But over the last two years I’ve had orders cancelled and no update on pending orders for months. Most recently was the Sonic SDCC pop. They closed my order without warning and issued me a gift card instead of a full refund to my card. Unacceptable. I could have bought this elsewhere and a gift card is not a refund. Shady business and will never shop with them again.

Terrible company, paid twice for shipping but they shipped both orders together - custom fees on the way!

Lousy customer service. No refunds will be paid, only vouchers are offered. NEVER AGAIN!

I bought and paid for a Funko Pop and was then I informed that the item was in fact out of stock. My money had been credited to my account but if I wanted a refund I would have to contact them which I did. I received my refund through PayPal but this was £1.83 short because of exchange rates. So not only did I not receive the item I paid for but I was charged £1.83 for the privilege it seems. Contacted the Co so they could put this right but was told by Shannon "That is the risk you take making an international purchase". Not a good company it seems especially when you look at the number of bad reviews.

3 out of 4 pop Funkos, had scratched plastic on the front. Luckily, I'd ordered them for out of box display, but this would put me off getting from there again, as I'm mostly an in-box collector. Some kind of protection around the pops would have prevented this.
